Completely re-fitted with mains electric, modern flushing facilities, piping hot water on tap and tastefully kitted out with all the mod cons and home comforts, you should have everything you need and more to really enjoy your stay here. Available all year round.
Your own, private, gated area, with our usual mix of mown pathways & clearings through the wild-flower English meadow, complete with stunning, far-reaching views, watching our resident Alpacas over your fence. We provide lots of seating and eating areas to get the most out of each part of the day.
Whether it's breakfast at the picnic table, chilling out on the Rattan furniture by the fire-pit through to sunbathing or stargazing on our Acacia loungers, we've got you covered. The trailer sleeps two, but there's room for a travel cot and we also allow you to bring a small additional tent for children too, or even park your campervan up next to it.
This unit is open all year and heated, so perfect for winter getaways as well as those Summer staycations.

Our Vintage U.S. 1972 Avion Trailer
Extremely rare in this country, we fell in love with this beautiful, iconic caravan the moment we first saw it and just knew we had to have it!
A strong competitor to the "Airstream" and considered superior by many, the Avion "Silver Bullet" has beautiful lines and a gorgeous, timeless appearance. Tick this one off your bucket list and book your stay today!
What's Inside?
Inside the caravan, you will find it spaciously kitted out for two. A comfortable double bed with sprung mattress with memory foam top, sofa and TV complete the relaxation area. We've also installed a Sony stereo with bluetooth connectivity and DAB radio, plus free WiFi for your stay.
Skylights, opening windows, curtains and blinds along with a multitude of different lighting options combine to give the cosiest of feels. We've also included an electric wood-burner style heater for those cooler nights out of season, so it's great for those winter breaks in Cornwall too.
Moving through to the Kitchen area, you'll find complete hand built units finished with Iroko hardwood worktops that incorporate everything you'll need, including induction hobs, stainless steel sink and drainer, microwave and even a full size fridge with freezer compartment. Whistling kettle and electric toaster are among the other included appliances
There are 3 pin mains & USB sockets throughout, including over the gorgeous breakfast bar, also finished in Iroko with comfortable bar stools providing the perfect place to dine, or even open a laptop should you need to, complimented with far reaching views from the window.
One of the biggest areas of modernisation of the Avion is the plumbing. We've ripped out all the old heating, water and waste system and replaced it with mains pressure hot water as you need it, along with updated fittings and fixtures, giving you a hot, powerful shower experience along with a "normal", modern, flushing toilet.
This is a far cry from what you would usually expect from a Vintage Trailer such as this and an even further cry from make-shift compost toilet offerings to be found on other "glamping" pitches in the UK!
What's Outside?
Outside, you'll enjoy your own, private meadow with far reching views, complimented with mown pathways and clearings. The caravan sits on hard standing which is large enough to incorporate parking for a couple of vehicles and the provided picnic table, Rattan furniture, firepit (with grill) and loungers (great for star gazing!)

On a clear night, being in a dark-sky area, the sheer amount of stars, planets, satellites & shooting stars you can see is simply out of this world!
One thing we definitely want you to be able to do whilst you're here is relax. We've created this covered outdoor bathing area for you to unwind and forget all your troubles!
There's also a lovely arbour at the bottom of the garden that makes a perfect, romantic spot to sit.
Our herd of Alpacas usually hang out in the field right next door, so if you're lucky, you might get to see your neighbours checking you out over the fence!... This does mean unfortunately no dogs are allowed on this pitch, sorry!

Price includes up to two adults. (room for one baby free - bring your own travel cot)

Please feel free to bring a tent for up to 3 kids, but they will need to share the caravan facilities.

Please also feel free to park your campervan up next to the airstream too. There is a spare electric hookup for this.

Check in from 3pm. Check out by 11am.
