COVID Booking Promise

In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel your booking, due to site closure or any other reason, we will find you some new dates for later in the year, or for 2022 or refund you in full. Alternatively, we can arrange for a credit note to be added to your account for you to redeem any other time.

 

If you are unable to attend due to Government or regional travel restrictions, we will arrange a change of dates free of charge, or issue a credit note for you to redeem at a different time. If you or a member of your booking party falls ill or has to isolate due to Covid-19, we will arrange a credit note that you to redeem another time, or alternatively move your booking to another date that suits you. 

 

We understand that many things are out of our or your control during this difficult time and we remain as flexible as possible to ensure you can enjoy your stay with us.
